Our Environmental Policy

At The Shower Lab, it is our ongoing focus and commitment to source and use the most ideal materials for our shower enclosures, that cause as little damage as possible to the environment; our local community and consequently, our natural world  

Our Climate Pledge is to

REFINE, REDUCE & REPURPOSE 

From creation to implementation, we will research and design sustainable enclosures that use the least quantity of raw materials which are then packaged and transported in a way that keeps our carbon footprint as low as possible, as well as review all of our processes to keep greenhouse gas emissions and our waste to a minimum.

To offset any carbon footprint that we are not able to completely eradicate in our production of shower enclosures, we will support established environmental organisations that already aid the absorption of greenhouse gases, recycle products or help manage environmental waste, as well as create our own opportunities and initiatives within the local community that in turn support the wider global concern.

We will endeavour to re-use our waste materials for another purpose, either within our company or within the community, working towards a circular economy with the long-term intention of zero waste going to landfill.

In this constantly changing world, where resources fluctuate; global supply concerns become even more urgent and as ethical, social and economic considerations become more apparent, The Shower Lab promises to be wise to these changing needs, as an individual company and being part of a business collective, we look towards achieving the best possible outcomes that not only suit our customers but also, our wider world
